Ho Stage Zine #2 ~ images for mobile users

Some people have told us that they can't access the digital versions of our zines on their mobile devices, and have asked that we post images of the pages, to make them available to them. I hope these work. I checked them out on my phone, by clicking on each image, then enlarging them, they were legible. Thanks for asking, and here you go: Ho Stage Zine #2...

A Bout With Out

"Nothing About Us Without Us"

The video above was made by Sex Worker and Drug User Harm Reduction specialists, who are working for the health and safety of marginalized people, which in turn protects the public at large. Their message is simply stated: "Nothing About Us Without Us", meaning laws should not be enacted or enforced concerning anyone without that population's input, so their needs can best be met. Ignoring the voices of people you are purporting to help, is just forcing your agenda on them. Trusting and empowering them to make better choices is more effective than telling them what to do and how to live.

Say Say Say

Uppity Whores just upploaded the first video to their youtube channel. It's a parody of the "Shit ___ Say" videos inspired by Shit Girls Say. It's called "Shit They Say to Sex Workers", but it's not by the same people who do the shittheysaytosexworkers.tumblr.com blog.

If you're a sex worker and wanna contribute to sequels, uppload videos of yourself saying some of the stupid shit people say to you in regards to your profession. Then, I guess contact them somehow. Maybe by leaving a comment on the video page? Or a video response? I never done one of them....
